Lavender : the extra blue lavender from provence.

The hulled flowers, primarily used by herbalists and to make potpourri and sachets, as well as medical and cosmetic use are machine cut in bulk, dried, de-stemmed and sorted. Only the highly scented calyces are retained. 

Our dried lavender, references LFG10 and LFG20, are grown in Provence, in the department of "La Drome" on the higher lands, above 2400 feet of elevation. This is the real and unique lavender of Provence, the Lavendula Angustifolia, called here Lavender Extra Blue.
